"Capturing moments of today, weaving memories for a lifetime. In every click, there's a heartbeat, a story of love that's timeless."
Month Before Wedding
I'll send you a brief questionnaire to gather details about your wedding, including the venue information, guests, shot list, and timeline. Once completed, we'll schedule a meeting to review your responses together. This is the perfect time to ask any questions or address any concerns you may have and ensures I am aligned with your dreams and desires, paving the way for a seamless experience on your special day.
Week Before Wedding
A week prior to your wedding, I like to arrange one final phone call. This ensures we revisit and confirm all the details we discussed earlier. It's crucial for me to make sure that there haven't been any significant changes. During this call, we'll also solidify the time and location for our meet-up on the wedding day.

Family Photographs Checklist
Here you can find a helpful list of family photo combinations to keep in mind for the family portraits. A month before the wedding, there will be a place in the questionnaire to fill out your family photo list.

- Bride & Groom with Groom's parents
- Bride & Groom with parents & siblings
- Bride & Groom with parents, siblings + grandparents
- Bride & Groom with immediate + extended families

Getting Ready
For your special day preparations, I recommend an Airbnb or a nice hotel room suite due to their clean and clutter-free environments compared to personal residences. These settings are ideal for photography, offering a bright and spacious backdrop. We'll discuss these preferences and more in our pre-wedding consultations.
Additional Tips & Ideas
Consider having a phone-free wedding ceremony. This ensures guests are fully present in the moment and not interfering with photos. Rest assured, my team and I will capture all the memorable moments for you and your guests. For a touch of nostalgia and fun, consider providing disposable cameras or Polaroids for guests to use to capture the wedding from their perspectives. Additionally, I offer a photobooth service, which is always a hit and adds an element of entertainment. Simply relax, enjoy, and savor every second of your special day.

Choosing Your Venue
The selection of your venue is intricately tied to the season, the number of attendees, and most importantly, your personal vision for the day. Whether you're drawn to the serene backdrop of a forest, the romantic allure of the seaside, the tranquility of a lakeside setting, or the charm of a riverside location, there are many venues to consider. I have had the privilege of capturing moments at many different venues over the years and would be delighted to share photographs from various venues to inspire your decision. Just ask!
If it Rains
An old sailors trick to make a knot stronger is to get it wet. Rain on your wedding day just means that when you tie the knot, it will be the strongest it can possibly be! Rest assured, regardless of the weather, we will capture stunning photographs that you'll cherish forever. For outdoor ceremonies, consider providing umbrellas for your guests to ensure their comfort. If you're planning to have an outdoor reception, having a tent on standby is a prudent measure. Remember, with a little foresight and preparation, even unexpected showers can add a unique charm to your celebrations.

The Wedding Day
This day has come and your only task is to immerse yourself in the joy of your celebration. There is no need to worry about anything else. My team and I will take care of everything else for you during the day and make sure all moments are captured. We will make sure to keep all your photos on schedule and keep you both smiling all day long! The only thing left is to enjoy your day.
